Sometimes thing come up and you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Here's how: 

1. Go to your Barber's profile link (it's in the confirmation text or email) 
2. Press the menu icon top left and select 'My bookings' 
3. Log in if you aren't already 
4. Here you can see your upcoming booking and cancel or reschedule it

Be mindful of your barber's cancellation policy though. It will be mentioned here but if you cancel too late, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
