The main reason you'd wanna set up smart prices is to offer After-hours slots (with an extra fee) or a discount on off-peak times (e.g Tuesday Mornings).

We recommend all barbers to offer some after-hours slots at 50% extra. This allows people who need a cut ASAP to pay extra for the convenience to see you (even when you’re fully booked).

To set smart pricing up:

1. Update your schedule to reflect your total working hours (including afterhours).
2. For example, if you normally work 9AM - 5PM but you want to offer afterhours from 5PM - 7PM, just change your schedule to 9AM - 7PM (Settings -> 
3. Head to Settings -> Smart Pricing. Press the ‘+’ button to create a smart price.
4. Choose whether you want a repeating smart price (e.g every Monday 5-7PM) or a specific date (e.g Monday 25th November only)
5. Choose your start and end time
6. Choose your discount or extra fee amount
7. That’s it!

If you head to your time slots on your booking link, you’ll now see the smart prices like this:

A few things to keep in mind:

• You can only have 1 smart price per day (e.g 5-7pm). You can't create multiple smart prices on the same day.
• Make sure to update your opening hours to show your smart prices (if you've added them outside your normal opening hours)
